(1) A person who wants to get a train driver's or co-driver's license should attach the following documents and submit an application to the Railway Administrator through an office of the Board in the prescribed format:-
(a) A copy of the certificate of citizenship or an identity card issued by the country concerned, (b) A copy of the certificate obtained in accordance with clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 18, and (c) A certificate of health issued by a doctor recognized by the Government of Nepal for the matters referred to in sub-section (2) of section 18.
(2) Upon examination of the application received under sub-section (1), if it is deemed appropriate to issue a train driver's or co-driver's license, the railway administrator shall issue a train driver's or co-driver's license as prescribed.
(3) (Regulations related to renewal and cancellation of license of train driver or co-driver and the fee charged at the time of issuing or renewing the license shall be as prescribed.
